What an amazing book to have in your kitchen, there is so much information, no need to turn to the internet one question at a time, it is all in this spectacular encyclopedia of a recipe book. In great condition except for the index as the binding is broken. But all my books end up a bit tattered from good use. So I would not be deterred by that, there is an image showing the issue. A few pages are missing at the very beginning. :(
