Gemelli Pasta with Lemon Chicken, Feta and Roasted Tomatoes
Tuesday night, Noodle Night!
This is fun to make, it feels and smells like spring too. Because most of the cooking is done in the oven, it frees up your time to do other things, and we always have others things to do!
At the very end, you put everything together and it looks like a masterpiece! And I do insist, we are all Masterpieces of one kind or another, make this one your own!

INGREDIENTS:
1000 gram Gemelli pasta
*1 recipe Lemon, Garlic and Paprika Chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
**1 recipe Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes
2 cups diced feta cheese
1½ c. pitted black olives
Fresh Basil
1/3 c. good olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook chicken according to recipe.
Make the roasted tomatoes according to recipe.
Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the bag till al dente.
Once the pasta has cooked, add it to your very large pasta bowl.
Break you chicken breast meat with a fork and add on top of the pasta.
Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Add the roasted tomatoes, the feta, olives and fresh basil.
Drizzle all your olive oil on top.
Serve!
